Login Without An Email Address with EcoOnline North America Today
We recognize that many of our customers have team members who do not have email addresses and need a way to enable their team to use EcoOnline North America . As a result, we spent a good portion of last quarter scoping, designing, and developing a solution to address this problem: Login With Username.
EcoOnline North America users can now login to our system (web and mobile) with a username and password. With ‘Login With Username’, email addresses are no longer the only way to access EcoOnline North America .
How this works
When adding a new employee:
1. Enable “Login With Username”
2.
Enter a username
3. Set a temporary password (suggested by eCompliance)
By entering the correct login credentials, the user can take full advantage of EcoOnline North America .
Currently this feature only works when adding new employees, however, we are enhancing it further to enable:
• Switching an existing user from login with an email address to login with a username
• Managing this process via the employee importer and the EcoOnline North America API
• These enhancements will be released soon.

Lockout Tagout is Now Available on EcoOnline Field iD 4.0
The Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program was designed to improve safety in facilities or worksites by reducing some of the significant risks when working with various types of machinery. Making it a must-have feature in EcoOnline Field iD 4.0!
The same great features and functionality of Lockout/Tagout from our 3.0 app can now be found with a striking new look and feel in EcoOnline Field iD 4.0. So be sure to start the new year off right and take advantage of the latest updates, enchantments, and features that are only a download away!
What’s New:
• A new intuitive look and feel to help optimize workflows and access information faster.
• Enhanced search provides additional asset details to provide as much or as little information needed to get the job done.
• Performance and memory improvements across the app.
• Streamlined transitioning of online & offline mode for when there is no connection to a cell or wifi signal available.
• Much more to come…
Lastly, as a reminder from our last month’s newsletter and to all those that have not yet made the switch, the EcoOnline Field iD 3.0 app will no longer be supported in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and is expected to be removed as of January 31, 2021. Make sure to download the latest version to continue enjoying all our new features and more!

Today we are re-branding our entire suite of products: eCompliance™, Field iD™, and ContractorCheck™ to be unified under one brand name: EcoOnline. We are building a global brand here at EcoOnline to better serve the safety industry with a portfolio of technology-led risk management solutions to keep workforces safe and in turn, bring more people home safely to their families and loved ones.
