Job Description:

As the CFO of North America, you will: 

• Have full responsibility for the numbers, financial systems and processes and controls of the business in North America
• Be a business partner to the President and other Directors/VP’s with strategic support, insight and action on key commercial decisions
• Lead the Finance team by delegating, empowering and supporting as needed including performance & professional development with your colleagues
• Leader and team player who can work up, down and across the organization
• Work with and leverage 3rd party professionals (audit, legal, tax etc.)
• Maintain good governance and strengthen business and financial processes to ensure clear alignment of interests and effective controls across the business
• Conduct M&A related activities in North American alongside President
• Lead forecasting and executive reporting systems for cash flow, P&L, balance sheet, leading and lagging indicators, etc.
• Continuously improve the company’s accounting and finance processes
• Own commercial legal decisions, corporate policies and standards 
• Identify key insights and make recommendations on areas of improvement

Compensation:

• Base Salary of $125,000 – $150,000 (based on experience & seniority level)
• Company Performance based Bonus and Long Term Incentive Plan
